Account and team
Forgot password and invites are in the product. Email delivery depends on a provider being configured. Owners and admins manage members under Settings → Team.
Your data
Settings → Account: download a JSON export, or request deletion (processed as a request, not an instant wipe). Privacy policy explains hosting in Toronto, Cloudflare, and Academy's use of Gemini in the United States.

Why is Create account disabled?+
The privacy and terms checkbox is required. So are the marked fields, including a password that meets the hint on the form.
Where is HubGov AI chat?+
It is not in the workspace. Gemini is used to help generate Academy courses for administrators. Match is a rules engine, not a chatbot.
