In one line
Until export lands as a dedicated module, you can already download a JSON copy of your HubGov account from Settings → Account. That is portability of your data, not a market study.

Federal contract award disclosures are ingested into HubGov. Buyer and competitor views will sit on that record, not on rumour.

When a view ships, every row should still open the official URL. If a figure cannot be tied to a public file, it does not ship.

Dates, documents and submission stay with the contracting authority. HubGov will not become a second government.
