Built for the people who have to bid, not for the portal.
HubGov exists so a capable firm in Québec or elsewhere in Canada can see public demand clearly, decide with evidence, and keep the work in one workspace. We are not a government body.

In one line
Public notices are public. They are also scattered, late to the inbox, and expensive to qualify by hand. HubGov exists to close that gap — not to become a second government.
Four moves. Not another portal.
Drawn from how capture teams actually work — find, qualify, track, submit with the authority.
- 01
Find
One list of official SEAO and CanadaBuys notices. Filters that match how a supplier actually decides: province, level, type, closing window, value.
- 02
Qualify
An explainable Match score against the company you actually run — not a win-probability theatre, not a US NAICS set-aside model.
- 03
Track
The few files that deserve a bid land on a shared Kanban: owner, requirements, source URL, comments. Spreadsheets stop being the system of record.
- 04
Submit where it counts
HubGov is not a bidding portal. You still submit on SEAO, CanadaBuys or the authority's instructions. We exist for the week before that click.
What this page will stand behind.
What we are
A private software company. A workspace for Discover, Match, Pipeline, an in-app alerts digest, Academy, and team settings — with a privacy program aligned to Québec's Law 25 and PIPEDA.
What we are not
Not SEAO, not CanadaBuys, not PSPC, not a law firm, not an electronic bidding network, not a US GovCon proposal factory.
How we speak
If a screen is coming soon, we say so. If a homepage figure is illustrative, we label it. Trust is slower than slogans and lasts longer with the operators we serve.
What we are building next
Buyer and competitor views on federal award records already ingested. Email alert rules. Grounded Q&A that cites a public file. CRM connectors only when we can name the permission model. None of that is live — it is the same product, shipped in order.
We start in Québec because bilingual public buying is not a slogan there — it is the week. We expand across Canada as connectors are real, not as a map-colouring exercise. Application servers and the database sit in Toronto. The product UI is English and French.
The craft is simple: fewer wasted weeks, more honest no's, better yes's. Discover the notice, read why it matched your profile, put the real pursuits on a board, submit where the law says you submit.
Not a portal. Not a bid network. Not a US proposal factory.
Teams compare HubGov to what they already know. Here is each job, without the slogan.
Canadian intelligence
HubGov
- Find, qualify and track public work in one bilingual workspace.
- Explainable fit against your profile. Kanban for the files you will actually bid.
- Not a government body. Not an e-bid network. Not a US proposal factory.
System of record
Official portals
- SEAO, CanadaBuys and the authority still publish, amend and receive offers.
- HubGov indexes what they make public so you are not living in five logins.
- Always open the source URL before you write a line of the bid.
A different job
Bid-access networks
- Some Canadian products are built around document access, plan-holders and a bid desk.
- That can be useful. It is not what HubGov ships: we do not submit your offer.
- If you need a marketplace, use one. If you need a capture brain, start here.
A different market
US proposal AI
- US GovCon tools often write volumes against SAM.gov and NAICS set-asides.
- HubGov does not write your technical volume and does not cover US state portals.
- Québec and federal Canada are bilingual, statutory, and a different operating system.
Questions we actually get.
Are you affiliated with SEAO or CanadaBuys?+
No. HubGov is a private Canadian company. We index public notices those systems publish. Registration, documents and bid submission stay on the official portals.
Can I use HubGov if I already have a bid-network subscription?+
Yes. Those products often help with document access or a bid desk. HubGov is the capture layer: fit against your profile, a shared board, bilingual workspace. Many teams will keep both jobs.
