Field notes, not a magazine.

We publish when we have something operational to say. The homepage “news” cards are editorial previews. The notes below are the real posts we stand behind today.

In one line

SEAO and CanadaBuys are not competitors to HubGov. They are the public record. Treating them as “legacy portals to disrupt” is how vendors lose the room. We index what they publish so a supplier in Rimouski and a team in Toronto can share one list.
In detail

What this page will stand behind.

What we cover

Québec and federal public notices, how HubGov Match works, privacy under Loi 25 and PIPEDA as it applies to this product, and practical capture hygiene.

What we skip

US state procurement tours, unnamed testimonials, and feature announcements that are not in the workspace.

01

A compatibility score is a ranking aid. If your certifications are empty and your provinces are blank, do not blame the algorithm. Fill the profile. Then argue with the reasons on the notice — that argument is the product.

02

We will not write “the future of procurement modernization.” We will write when a connector is live, when a screen is still coming, and when the law requires a clearer sentence. That is the editorial standard.
