Complete the company profile. Search Discover for your trade in Québec. Open every shortlisted notice on SEAO or CanadaBuys. Put one card on the pipeline. Use Academy if a course is published. Submit on the official portal.
Workflow — incumbent coverage
Monday: Alerts digest for HIGH matches. Mid-week: Discover with value and closing filters. Pipeline standup: owners and missing requirements. Do not wait for email alerts — they are not shipped.
Workflow — advisor
Work inside the client's HubGov org. Qualify with Match reasons. Leave comments on the card. Cite source URLs in your memo. Do not promise buyer dashboards that are still coming soon in the app.
