One board for every pursuit that matters.
When a notice is worth pursuing, it leaves the feed and enters a shared board: watchlist, qualified, proposal, pursuing, submitted, won or lost.

In one line
Public-sector capture dies in spreadsheets: the deadline moves, the owner is on vacation, the proposal folder lives on someone's desktop. Pipeline is the workspace for that work — for the team that already decided to bid.
Four moves. Not another portal.
Drawn from how capture teams actually work — find, qualify, track, submit with the authority.
- 01
Find
One list of official SEAO and CanadaBuys notices. Filters that match how a supplier actually decides: province, level, type, closing window, value.
- 02
Qualify
An explainable Match score against the company you actually run — not a win-probability theatre, not a US NAICS set-aside model.
- 03
Track
The few files that deserve a bid land on a shared Kanban: owner, requirements, source URL, comments. Spreadsheets stop being the system of record.
- 04
Submit where it counts
HubGov is not a bidding portal. You still submit on SEAO, CanadaBuys or the authority's instructions. We exist for the week before that click.
What this page will stand behind.
Stages you already use
Drag cards between watchlist, qualified, proposal, pursuing, submitted, won and lost. Set owner, priority and notes. The board belongs to your organization, not to HubGov marketing.
Requirements and documents
Keep a checklist on the card. Attach documents as a name plus URL (proposal, contract, requirement, reference or other). File upload is not in the product yet.
Reminders on the card
Set a reminder date on a pursuit (closing, submission, follow-up or custom). These stay in HubGov — they are not emailed until a mail provider is configured for your environment.
Activity you can audit
Comments and stage changes stay on the card so a teammate can see why you qualified or walked away.
It is a capture board, not a proposal factory. HubGov does not write your technical volume or submit the offer. It keeps the decision, the checklist and the trail in one tenant-isolated workspace.
Not a portal. Not a bid network. Not a US proposal factory.
Teams compare HubGov to what they already know. Here is each job, without the slogan.
Canadian intelligence
HubGov
- Find, qualify and track public work in one bilingual workspace.
- Explainable fit against your profile. Kanban for the files you will actually bid.
- Not a government body. Not an e-bid network. Not a US proposal factory.
System of record
Official portals
- SEAO, CanadaBuys and the authority still publish, amend and receive offers.
- HubGov indexes what they make public so you are not living in five logins.
- Always open the source URL before you write a line of the bid.
A different job
Bid-access networks
- Some Canadian products are built around document access, plan-holders and a bid desk.
- That can be useful. It is not what HubGov ships: we do not submit your offer.
- If you need a marketplace, use one. If you need a capture brain, start here.
A different market
US proposal AI
- US GovCon tools often write volumes against SAM.gov and NAICS set-asides.
- HubGov does not write your technical volume and does not cover US state portals.
- Québec and federal Canada are bilingual, statutory, and a different operating system.
